Southside Water Polo Club is a non-profit corporation with the goal of making the game of water polo available and affordable to as many players as possible. We do our best to keep the dues and tournament fees as low as possible.

Payment expectations and Procedures

The process for submitting payment for seasonal dues, regional tournament dues, and national dues is described below.

All payments and entry fees will be submitted online via the Submit Payment tab under the "Financials" section or mailed to the Southside Water Polo address. If paying by check, please write your child’s name in the memo section of your check. Season payments made via the website will be charged a $7.55 service charge in order to pay for the Paypal processing fee.

Seasonal dues – payment deadline is due by the end of the first week of practice. If your tuition is not paid by the end of the first week of practice, a $25 late fee will be applied to your tuition account. Your child’s participation in Southside events will be jeopardized if tuition and late fee remain unpaid after the deadline.

Tournament dues – payment will be due according to the payment schedule listed in the additional seasonal supplement. Payment can be made either online via the Submit Payment tab under the "Financials" section or by mail. A roster of the players that have submitted payment will be provided to Coach Jeff at the time of the deadline. If payment has not been made or other payment arrangements have not been made by the deadline, the athlete’s name will be removed from the roster.

Non-Regional Tournament dues – payment will be due according to the payment schedule listed in the additional seasonal supplement. Payments can be made to either online via the Submit Payment tab under the "Financials" section or by mail. A roster of the players that have submitted payment will be provided to Coach Jeff at the time of the deadline. Due to the fact that these tournaments have a higher cost to participate, nonrefundable deposits will be required.
